    VPS for Multiple Low-Traffic Sites?

Hello, I manage several small websites (mostly blogs and simple business pages) and want to consolidate them onto one VPS for easier management. None of the sites are high traffic individually, but combined they need stable performance. I’m thinking 4 vCPU, 8GB RAM, and reliable SSD storage should be enough. Budget is around $30–$50/month. Canada or USA location preferred. Stability and uptime are more important than raw speed. Can I trust Exmasters.com vps solutions? Others please?

You can easily scale down to 2 vCPU / 4GB RAM and stay well under budget. Consider pairing a smaller VPS with server management tools like RunCloud or ServerPilot to make handling multiple sites effortless.

Something I wish I'd known earlier: backup policy matters more than raw specs. I run my VPS on hostpro.com and it's been fast enough for everything I throw at it. They make daily backups of all services, so data damage, a failed update, or a hacking attempt doesn't mean starting over. Support is qualified, on duty 24/7, and free to ask about anything.

I’d take a look at InterServer too. They have a VPS with 4 vCPU, 16GB RAM and 320GB SSD for around $19.20/month with the JV-20-LIFE coupon, which comes with a price-lock guarantee. That should be more than enough for several small sites and still leaves plenty of room in your budget.

I’d recommend checking HostPro’s VPS options as well. They have three server locations — Warsaw, Amsterdam, and Tampa — and use KVM virtualization with NVMe storage. Daily backups are stored for 30 days, and you can restore either the complete server or only a specific database, folder, or file. Their support team is available around the clock.

Yes, a VPS is a great fit for hosting several low-traffic sites. It's usually cheaper and faster than paying for separate shared hosting plans, and you get full control.

    - Specs: 2GB RAM can comfortably run a few small WordPress or static sites with caching. 4GB gives room for 5–15 sites, depending on plugins and databases. Static sites use almost nothing.
    - Management: A free control panel like CloudPanel or HestiaCP makes it easy to add sites, SSL certificates, and databases. Docker with a reverse proxy works well if you prefer a leaner setup.
    - Performance: Use Nginx or LiteSpeed, enable page caching, and put Cloudflare in front to cut server load.
    - Security: Run each site under its own system user so one hacked site can't affect the others.
    - Backups: Take snapshots or offsite backups regularly. On a self-managed VPS, updates and backups are your responsibility.

Good option: PetroSky's Mini VPS starts at €6.99/month with 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 20 GB NVMe storage, unmetered traffic, full root access, and one-click templates including WordPress and Docker. Resources are never overbooked, so every VPS gets the CPU and RAM it was sold, which helps keep multiple sites stable.

Bottom line: Start with 2GB for a handful of sites and upgrade to 4GB as you add more or traffic grows.
