Hello,
I also had to save Outlook emails as PDF files for sharing and record-keeping, including their attachments. Initially, I tried a few manual methods, but handling multiple emails this way was quite time-consuming. I wanted a solution that could preserve the email content, formatting, and attachments without doing everything individually.
I eventually used a dedicated PST conversion tool, which made the process much smoother. It helped me export multiple emails and keep their attachments accessible. I also found it useful for maintaining the original email details.
I used SysTools PST to PDF Converter, and it worked well for my requirements. If you have a large mailbox or need to convert multiple emails, I would suggest giving it a try. Just test a few emails first to make sure the output meets your expectations.
