They claim that they will offer support 24/7. It's not true. Their Online support ticket works 20% of the time, and when you DO get in touch, they will not be very helpful.

Which host company do you hate the most?

Godaddy is not a reliable hosting company for domain registration there are fine but for hosting its bad real bad.
