    Internet Not Found

I had a virus and had ti re-install Windows. I had an old ACT database and I have to re-install the ACT program. When I try to register the program I keep getting an error message: "Internet Not Found." I am connected to the internet and everything else on the PC works. How do I solve the problem?

You check internet connection settings in your browser and delete all cookies from your computer,
if you are using proxy server in your network than check ip address of proxy server in client computer.
