when it comes to maintaining a high page rank, there are some things I considered. But before that I have some questions in my mind. This site has a PR 4, has about 50,000 backlinks it. I want to emphasize a lot of off-page optimization. Your ideas on what is it? Do you think this is correct? I have to continue doing that when I want to improve what is my PR? If you share your knowledge with me and, I am ready. How do you need to avoid duplication of content?

You need to acquire quality backlinks on regular base. You need to update your content on regular interval of time which must have originality and uniqueness. Once you have achieved first page ranking, you need to find new sites and need to maintain basic off page activities.

50,000 backlink . If all is quality backlink and do have lot of anchor text with keywords, i believe it would be enough .
I will concern on onsite seo the maximize the quality content and increase the keywords density .
