yes Forums posting is much better than Blog commenting and i am agree with addlinkweb more than 300 will consider that you are doing spammming but you can do it with proxies ....

According to me,Blog commenting and forums posting are best techniques for increasing traffics and getting backlinks for your website. But forum posting is better than blog commenting. It provide the good backlinks for your website.
