You can consider UK, Germany, France and Netherlands at initial stage; many reputable hosting companies you will find in these location. Btw, have you prepared a proper business plan before entering in the CDN market? Building a CDN service isn’t a joke.

I wish I was the mind behind it all. We have 2 investors ready to take the chances. I am in charge with putting together hardware and overall infrastructure

Depending on your budget start from 3 or 4 locations in Europe at initial stage, then later expand the infrastructure once customer start increasing. Good luck!

Try contacting Swiftway , these guys are pioneer in CDN set up. They have their CDN infrastructure in place with multiple CDN points.

You should get servers in every continent like Russia, Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Australia.
