I teach piano privately, about fifteen students ranging from six-year-olds

Good afternoon. I teach piano privately, about fifteen students ranging from six-year-olds to retirees. Everyone wants something different: kids want Disney and anime, teens want Billie Eilish and Olivia Rodrigo, adults want Chopin or jazz standards. Finding level-appropriate material for each student eats hours of my week, and books I buy end up mostly unused. Some of my adult students also ask for printed copies, so PDF format matters to me. How do other teachers handle this, and where do you find sheet music sorted by level?

Same problem here, I used to spend Sunday evenings hunting for material. Now I get most of it at Note-Store https://note-store.com/ because you can filter by instrument, difficulty and arrangement type, and the catalog covers everything your students want: Disney, anime, current pop, classical, jazz, even a music school section for beginners. Buying per piece means no half-used books. The arrangements are checked by professional musicians, and I rarely find mistakes. For really specific requests I order a custom arrangement, which takes about three days. You can preview the first page and listen before buying, which I also use to let students choose. Do you teach in person or online?
