you have to optimization your website with niche keyword and many backlinks from financial niche sites ,blog ,directories , social bookmarking , social networks.

I totally agree with that, and I would add that you shall focus more on original content, try to provide what people regard as worthy to be read, and always update your website with fresh content.

and you just keep in mind that SEO is an ongoing job. Even if you could reach high PR, still you have to resume work so as to preserve what you achieved.

^ No one can guarantee about reaching at top 10 search results because there is no single factor to get that position. Yes original content will help but you need to also optimize the keywords and try out getting strong backlinks.

Do not use submission services, it is best to list your site by hand. Also, do not use the tools advertised everywhere. This can get you penalized by the search engines.

Add your site to netinsert.com and Google will index in about a week, Yahoo and the others will follow in about 3 - 4 weeks.
