Looking for reseller account with excellent tech support and customer service

I am not a reseller, but I like to keep my sites separate, hence the reseller account. I run a non profit, so I am on a very tight budget.

    Needs

I have 13 sites, but need room for at least another 5.

Solid email where my emails don't go into people's spam folders.

    Minimum

    30-35 GB SSD Storage
    3 CPU Cores
    4GB RAM
    1TB Monthly Bandwidth
    Min. 25 Email Accounts

    Additional Needs

Very few server issues where my sites are brought down. Security yes, but not at the cost of my sites going down every month.

24 hour very skilled fast Tech support who has been a hoster for a while, & who can read what I say & address what I say so I don't have to repeat myself over & over again.

Tech support WITHOUT ATTITUDE is very important to me. A hoster who really cares about their customers and doesn't ask me to bow down to them as I've been experiencing since I moved to this hoster.

    Please contact me.

    Thank you

Based on your needs, the best option might be InterServer’s 3-slice VPS plan, which costs $7.20/month using the coupon "JV-20-LIFE". It includes 2 CPU cores, 6GB RAM, 120GB SSD or 3TB HDD, 6TB bandwidth, and 10Gbps port speed. If you add a DirectAdmin panel license for $11.25/month, you can host up to 10 accounts and 50 domains with full root access. So the total comes to around $18.50/month.

Another option is to buy DirectAdmin shared hosting for just $1 (normally $7) from this link:
    https://my.interserver.net/buy_webho...?website=11517,
but it's not clear if you can manage multiple accounts with it.

    There's also InterServer's reseller hosting:
    https://www.interserver.net/webhosti...r-hosting.html

In my opinion, the first VPS option gives the best value and flexibility.

    Hi,

I looked through my sheet & I had already contacted them back in 2018 & here are my notes...

Tried contact form but need phone number, sales inquiry by sales@interserver.net - I guess your contact form sort of went thru, I got some ad in an e-mail, but nothing else. They tried to send me links to go read everything myself. Forget them.

This is what happens when you force people to give you a phone number, & instead of answering questions, you are too lazy to answer, so you just push links to make the potential customer do all of the work.

    Thanks
